Hog Wild for Huntington’s Disease

HDSA’s First Poker Ride

Saturday, June 21st, 2008

Cost: Individual Registration - $20 per rider
Couple Registration - $30 for bike and passenger

Registration fee includes:
coffee and baked goods at the registration site, cash raffles, prize raffles, and a all-you-can-eat pasta and pizza buffet at Alibi’s after the ride

Ride Route:
Registration begins at Open Road Harley Davidson in Fond du lac and ends at Alibi’s in Ripon

Ride Information:
All makes and models are welcome
Prizes will be given to the best poker hand
Great raffle prizes will be given away at the end of the ride

Hoop-a-thon – The 2nd annual Hoop-a-thon will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2008 at Riverside Elementary School in Fond du Lac. Please continue to check back for registration forms.

Fore a Cure Golf Outing - HDSA's annual "Fore a Cure" golf outing will be held on Friday, May 16, 2008, at the beautiful Silver Spring Country Club in Menomonee Falls, Wis. Registration and a box lunch will begin at 11:00 am, the shot-gun start will begin at 1:00 pm, dinner and drinks will follow. Please check back for information on registration.

Walk-a-thon and Picnic - Spend a sunny spring day with HDSA for the annual "Walk-a-thon" and family picnic. May 31st 2008 at Fowler Park in Oconomowoc.

Harley Poker Ride - "Wisconsin Chapter's first Harley Poker ride, will occur on June 21, 2008. The ride will kick off from Alibi's Supper Club in Ripon, Wis. and travel to five area bars. Riders will also enjoy a 50/50 raffle and great prizes along the route. Please continue to check back fore more information.

Logrolling Tournament - Spend the sunny afternoon of Saturday, June 21, 2008 at Lake Wingra in Madison, Wis. for the Midwest Log Rolling Championship's "Rollin' for a Cure." This free and open-to-the-public event gives spectators the chance to watch amateur and professional lumberjacks and jills participate in logrolling and boom-running. State Convention - The 2008 Wisconsin State Convention will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2008, at the Milwaukee Athletic Club in Milwaukee, Wis.  This all-day event will feature prominent speakers and informative breakout sessions, focusing on issues affecting the HD community.  Please continue to check back for additional information.

Medical Staff Training Day - The 2008 Leadership Training Day will be held in afternoon of Friday, August 22, 2008, at the Milwaukee Athletic Club in Milwaukee, Wis.  This event, specifically designed for nursing home administrators and nurses, will feature prominent speakers from the medical and HD community. Please continue to check back for additional information.

Cocktail Gala - The Milwaukee Athletic Club will host HDSA's 3rd annual cocktail gala on Saturday, September 13, 2008. Attendees will enjoy an evening of entertainment, casino gaming, auction items and dinner. Please continue to check back for ticket information.

Winter Reindeer Run - Join HDSA for a holiday tradition in the making, on Saturday, December 6, 2008, HDSA will host it's second annual 5K Reindeer Run. This chili but exhilarating run will take place at Fowler Lake Park in Oconomowoc, Wis. Runners will enjoy goodie bags, jingle bells and a light lunch after the run. Hootenanny - Enjoy an evening of folk singing and good company at HDSA's yearly Hootenanny held in Milwaukee, Wis. Please continue to check back for additional information.
